People say I’m a cerebral person, and that’s mostly true. But I’m also a sucker for romantic comedies and inspirational sport films (think P.S. I Love You and Remember the Titans).

So what happens when brains meet heart? You get me, a HR/MarCom pro passionate about the power of words - written or spoken - to transform lives in positive, meaningful ways.

Whether in business or in life, I love to share ideas, connect great people and communicate on what matters most. I prefer to cut through the drama, rather than dwell in it. That might make me a perennial optimist, but it’s better than being the opposite, right? I chose happiness every day, and that makes me … well … happy. :)

In my free time you’ll find me engaging in one of my passions: reading & writing, running & yoga, good coffee, wine & food, or great conversations that spark new ideas and builds inspiration to create a life that truly matters.

I’m based in beautiful San Diego, where I’m blessed to raise three amazing kids. We live a life of joyful chaos where one day is never the same as the last. That makes for some pretty cool memories and gives me something to look forward to every day.
